Alhamdulillah for this new achievement in my life. Stepping onto the Mr. Bangladesh national stage for the first time and securing a Top 6 finish in the 85+ kg category means more than words can explain. This journey was built on months of hard work, discipline, and sacrifice. My coach my guardian Jahid Hasan Shuvo guided me like a true mentor,Behind every rep, every pose, every improvement — my coach’s voice and guidance were there.I’m grateful to have a coach who gave me strength, direction, and belief throughout the journey.
and my gym members supported every single day. My parents’ love and duas kept me strong from the inside, and my partner’s support kept me mentally steady throughout the toughest moments. Standing on this national stage for the first time felt like a dream turning into reality. I learned, I struggled, I grew, and I became a better version of myself. This is just the beginning, and In Shaa Allah, I will come back stronger. Thank you to everyone who stood beside me on this journey.
