We Started Our Journey From 30th April 2010. The Kaptaan Bazar Premier League (often abbreviated as KBPL) is a non-professional league for friendly short pitch cricket competition at Kaptaan Bazar. It was initiated by some cricket lover people. It currently contested by 10 teams consisting of players from different areas of Dhaka.

One of the most popular season of KBPL history was held on 5 & 6 July 2012. On that season 14 team competed for the crown.
