Bashundhara City Shopping Complex at Panthapath, Dhaka - now it is termed as BCDL -1. Bashundhara Group planned to set up more shopping malls in the name of BCDL 2, BCDL 3, BCDL 4, BCDL 5, etc, at Bashundhara Residential area. Luckily, we are involved with MEP design consultancy works in these shopping malls. Bashundhara City Shopping Mall at Panthapath- although built around 25 years back, most of its facilities are holding with modern concept. Thanks to Vistaara Architects for their philanthropist thinking. Today as a part of our continuous education and learning process of our company - UTILITY PROFESSIONALS, we visited HVAC Chiller Plant Room, Cooling Towers, Electric Sub-station, Generator room, Basement Ventilation system, Fire Pump Station, Fire Control Room, Water Treatment Plant room, Water Boosting Pump Stations, Atrium Smoke Management system, Staircase Pressurization System, Automatic Gas Suppression system, Drainage system, etc. , , ,
