বাংলাদেশের এ প্রজন্মের নৃত্যশিল্পীদের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেশি উচ্চারিত হয় পূজা সেনগুপ্তর নাম। দেশের পাশাপাশি বিদেশের বিভিন্ন অনুষ্ঠানে পারফর্ম করেও প্রশংসিত হয়েছেন তিনি। এই নৃত্যশিল্পী-নির্দেশক গড়ে তুলেছেন ‘তুরঙ্গমী রেপার্টরি ড্যান্স থিয়েটার’ ও ‘তুরঙ্গমী স্কুল অব ড্যান্স’। এখানে নিয়মিত নাচের চর্চা ও পারফরমেন্সের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন নৃত্যশিল্পীরা।
