After what feels like one of the longest tournaments in local cricket history, Friends United are finally back in action as they take on arch rivals Dhaka Indians in the Bowl Quarter Final at Masco Shakib Cricket Academy! 🏏
Incredibly, Friends United played their very first match of this tournament back in January 2025, while their last game came in January 2026 — meaning the boys have somehow managed to stay in the same tournament across two calendar years!
The young guns of Friends United head into the knockout clash full of confidence after absolutely destroying Dettol Daredevils in the previous match by a mammoth 97 runs, bowling them out for just 44 runs in a ruthless all-round performance.
Now, with a shortened 12-over battle scheduled to begin at 11:50 AM, the boys will be looking to carry that momentum forward and book their place in the semi-finals.
