This week we enjoyed spending time with AISD students during our Service Learning session, sharing the Deshi Ballers journey and seeing the students brainstorm creative ways they can support our work and help create more opportunities for basketball in Bangladesh. 🏀🇧🇩

When young people use their ideas, energy, and voices to create opportunities for others, that’s where real change begins. Excited to see the ideas come to life! ✨

Congratulations to Flame Girls for taking the win in the race to two points in OT! 👏

We love seeing our girls compete, challenge themselves, and simply enjoy playing the game we all love. 💙

Proud of our girls and on to the next one! 🏀✨

Turns out, changing the game is kinda chic. 💅🏀

10 things we’ll always believe in - girls playing, leading, laughing, taking up space, seeing the world and bringing others along for the ride. 💜

What would you add to the list? 👀

🏀 Passing the Story Forward: Pass It to Rizwana 📖

During our recent NextGen Basketball Camp in Chittagong, we had the opportunity to donate a very special book, Pass It to Rezwana, to the Fobel Academy library.

What makes this even more meaningful is that this is a basketball book written by our own friend, Crystal Pottebaum and we wanted to make sure this story reaches young players who love the game and those who are just beginning their journey.

We believe basketball development isn't only about what happens on the court. Books, stories and access to knowledge can inspire young athletes to dream bigger and see possibilities beyond what they already know.

We hope Pass It to Rizwana becomes a small but meaningful part of the Fobel Academy library and that many young players will pick it up, read it and perhaps find a little more inspiration to keep playing, learning and believing in themselves.

Sometimes, you pass the ball. Sometimes, you pass the story. 🧡🏀📖

And we're happy to pass this one forward.
