সারাদিন আড্ডা, খাওয়া-দাওয়া, games, music, ছবি তোলা—জিমের বাইরেও সবাই মিলে একটা সুন্দর দিন কাটানো। ❤️

I believe environment will be much cooler today compared to last 1 week .

We are known for high quality Air conditioning whole day and well- maintenance .

Nothing can be perfect in this world . All we can say , we try our level best . Last 3-4 days was very hot-humid overall . We call for an urgent AC service.

💉 বাংলাদেশে Flu Vaccine নেওয়ার সেরা সময়

বাংলাদেশে Influenza বা Flu সাধারণত এপ্রিল থেকে সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে বেশি দেখা যায় এবং জুন–জুলাইয়ে সংক্রমণ সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ে পৌঁছায়। IEDCR-এর জাতীয় surveillance data-তেও এই seasonal pattern দেখা যায়।

তাই Flu vaccine নেওয়ার সবচেয়ে ভালো সময় হলো এপ্রিল–মে, অর্থাৎ flu season শুরু/peak হওয়ার আগে। গবেষণাতেও বাংলাদেশের জন্য April–June vaccination window প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে।

মেইনটেন্যান্সের কারণে ২ দিন বন্ধ থাকার পর Men’s Washroom-এর Steam Bath আবার চালু করা হয়েছে।

এখন থেকে আপনারা আগের মতোই Steam Bath ( 3 times a day ) সুবিধা উপভোগ করতে পারবেন। 💨🔥
