Standing on the stage at the National Career Carnival 2024 of Bangladesh Agricultural University Career Club, I wasn't just speaking about corporate grooming. I was speaking to future leaders, changemakers, innovators, and professionals who are preparing to write the next chapter of Bangladesh.
The sparking eyes. The curiosity. The hunger to learn. The determination to become better than they were yesterday.
I have spoken about first impressions, professional presence, communication, confidence, and the unwritten rules of the corporate world.
Every successful career begins long before the first job offer. It begins with preparation, discipline, and the courage to step outside the comfort zone.
To every young person who is seeing this post: your dreams are valid, your journey matters, and your future is bigger than you can imagine today.
Moments like these remind me why empowering youth will always be one of the most meaningful investments in our future and my decision to work for the youth development outside DHAKA matters!

Do you know? Scientists are now using DNA based nanorobots in biotechnology to target cancer cells with extreme precision!
No doubt this is revolutionary and that's why I was so curious when I got invited to conduct a workshop at the 4th National Inter University Biotechnology Business Idea Contest 2026 organized by Network of Young Biotechnologists Bangladesh. I immediately felt that this community would be full of bright minds, bold questions, and ideas waiting to become real ventures.
Conducting a session on Business Plan and Idea Generation for young innovators from the biotechnology space was both exciting and refreshing for me.
As my expertise circles around in business strategy, brand building, and startup growth, stepping into the biotechnology ecosystem reminded me of one important truth: great innovation needs more than a great idea; it needs structure, clarity, and market relevance.
What inspired me most was seeing students think beyond laboratories and research papers: towards real-world impact, commercialization, and sustainable business models.
During the session, I focused on three major outcomes every participant should carry forward:
* Problem First, Idea Second
* Validation Before Ex*****on
*Pitch with Purpose
What made this experience even more special was contributing to a sector like biotechnology; where innovation has the power to transform healthcare, agriculture, sustainability, and the future of humanity itself.
Grateful to be part of a platform where strategy meets science, and where young minds are preparing to build tomorrow.
The future belongs to those who can turn ideas into impact. Kids!

Tonight, I’m delivering my 3rd 2 days training of 2026 on '𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆'

But here’s the part people don’t see:
When I started using LinkedIn seriously, I was:
- Questioned
- Misunderstood
- Told it wasn’t “necessary”

Now I stand in front of young changemakers coaching them this truth:
