If you thought "who can't throw a simple frisbee", you surely have to check this out which will make you think twice ;) The standard frisbees are way different, has weight specifications and has technique and structure to the throw. It's not as easy as it seems. Despite all of this, it's extremely addictive since it's fun and frustration, surprisingly very easy to learn and for all people; all that a competitive sport needs! This is a team sport and a social sport, which means you can play this with anyone, anytime, mostly anywhere with open space. Yes, it is in outdoor format. The best features of Ultimate Frisbee are:

- builds fitness in the most exciting and fun way possible
- a NO contact sport
- a mixed sport (as mixed as you want it to be)
- does NOT have or need referees
- very few simple rules
- for everyone, including those ages where anyone can catch, throw and run!
- builds respect, friendship and otherwise "the spirit of the game"

The Spirit of the Game has to do everything with the game having No contact and No referees. It means that players themselves must know the rules and respect and protect the rules on their own. Players must clearly agree about them and if there is contact (a foul), players settle it themselves. We here will be playing this only for fun and fitness, so no going extreme where someone gets hurt! Lastly, I am trying to promote this game, because:
the first time I got introduced to the game, it was merely because of my curiosity and after watching it as a spectator, i immediately fell in love with the game. I have been playing football for a long time and love outdoor sports, but everyone usually can't play every game for many reasons. However, with this, there's no such drawback. It's very fast, absolutely great for fitness, very competitive and endless fun! And since this is for everyone, I will slowly try to reach people of various ages, because honestly, with mushrooming eateries everywhere or the obsessions with hulking gym junkies, there's no decent mode of fun fitness; and yeah, fitness, is something lazy dhaka people all need!
