HLB Preop was initially cancelled because enough number of teams among the ones that qualified for the tournament did not get any support from their sponsors, or not having any sponsors for that matter.
Then we decided to invite selected division 2 teams from Bangladesh Counter-Strike scene to participate in the tournament without any entry fees.
With that being said, we are happy to let you know that HLB Preop Season 1 is indeed happening and going to start on September 22 at 11:30 PM, inshaAllah! The participating teams of the first HLB Preop tournament are as follow:
