যাইহোক ট্রেন্ডের বাইরে গিয়ে আমি কিছু কথা বলি। প্লেয়ারদের দোষ দেয়ার আগে আমি টিম মান্যাজমেন্টকে দোষারপ করবো, বোর্ডকে দোষারপ করবো। প্লেয়াররা তহ নিজের ইচ্ছায় দলে খেলে না, তাদেরকে সিলেক্ট করা হয়, আপনি কেন ভালো প্লেয়ার সিলেক্ট করলেন না? আপনি কেন ভালো প্লেয়ার মেক করলেন না? প্লেয়ারদের যতটুকু সক্ষমতা ছিল তারা সেটা করেছে, আপনি তহ জানেন তারা কেমন খেলে তাহলে তাদেরকে বলে তহ কোন লাভ নেই। আপনি পারলে ওদের বাদ দিয়ে অন্য কাউকে দিয়ে দল বানান।
