Allama Iqbal!

Born on November 09, 1877, eminent writer and national poet of Pakistan Allama Iqbal began his life with emerging philosophical thought. He had a great place in the field of reawakening the truth, raising the Muslims throughout the world based on radical essence of Islam.

He had a remarkable hand on poetry. Asrare Khudi, Shikwa-Jawabe Shikwa, The Reconstruction of religious thought in Islam, Baale Jibreel, Javed Nama are the best of them.

He was interested in poetry, history, metaphysics and Islam. His thoughts stimulated the Muslims throughout the indian subcontinent during his lifetime. Later, It spread among the world.

He had a great influence in the reconstruction of thought in the Muslim mind. Sayed Abul Ala Moududi, Dr. Ali Shariati, Muhammad Asad, Dr. Tariq Ramadan were greatly influenced by him.

The key maker and considered as Muzaddid in the last century Abul Ala Moududi once said, Iqbal was my spiritual point of power. He cherished his thought throughout his life.

About celebrating birthday, Iqbal said, people celebrate my birthday is a satisfaction for me. The land I have put the seed in is not unfertile.
