Mr. Anand Rajbongshi representing Republic of Bangladesh:

Mr. Ananda Kumar Biswas, 24 years old young leader, representing the People's Republic of Bangladesh. He has completed his Under Graduation from Khulna University in Bachelor of Development Studies. Now he is continuing his Post Graduation in the same University in Masters of Development Studies (Major in Public Policy). He has received offer from Teach for Bangladesh to work as a fellow in next 2 years. He is also an executive in Leadership in Friendly Education (LIFE) project.

He is sincere, responsible, dedicated, down to earth & trustworthy. He believes in connectivity because connectivity is the productivity. Confidence is his power. Meeting new challenge is his passion, fashion and obsession. If you combine all these qualities, you will get a name. It's Ananda. He wants to be a Change Maker. He would like to make the positive change in Education and Agricultural sectors in his country.
His Volunteering journey was started in 2013 through Online Volunteer Forum. Still now he is engaged in volunteerism. He is the Co- Founder and Chief Coordinator of Youth Nexus, Core volunteer Global Platform of Bangladesh, Chapter member of Activista Bangladesh.
He was the organizer in Divisional Round in National Earth Olympiad 2014 and 2015 through Bangladesh Youth Environmental Initiative. He loves environment. He was the Divisional Coordinator of “Let’s Clean up the Country Day-2014, 2015, 2016.
In 2014 he was participated in 1st National Go Green Summit, in the same year he took Training as a First Responder Volunteer Training through Dhaka Access Alumina Association and United Stated Department of Bangladesh. Still now he took many training form renowned organization in his locality such as, Active Citizens Youth Leadership Training organized by British Council and The Hunger Project; Graduate Art & Practice of Leadership( APL-7), hosted by Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre(BYLC); Participant, Participatory Monitoring and Accountability (PMA); Trainers of Training (TOT); Training on Tax Justice Campaign; Society as a Class Room; Video Documentation Research Methodology all above training was organized by Global Platform Bangladesh; “Training on Communication Skills for Psycho-Social Supporters” organized by Identity Inclusion Supported by EMK Center, Dhaka. He took the new research methodology, which is ‘’Sense Maker Methodology and Impacts factors Methodology’’ from CRS and Nirapord.
He was participated in 2 camps one is Camp Cool-3 and another is Bangladesh Youth Fest Boot Camp.

Innovation is the power of present world. He won the B-Green Mentorship Award from the B-Green project. He also won Divisional Round Idea Competition which one organized by Bangladesh Brad Forum. His team was on top 20 in Youth Leadership Award which was organized by Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center.
