1 28-ounce can San Marzano whole peeled canned tomatoes

1 (14 or 16 oz) block firm or extra-firm tofu
1 tablespoon neutral vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Orange Sauce:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 green onions sliced, whites and greens separated
