Building the Future of Nova Risingstar : Meet Our Founder & Head Coach

Every great competitive journey starts with a clear vision and strong leadership. Today, we are proud to formally introduce the mind behind TEAM NRS —our Founder and Head Coach, Rashedul Karim Rabby .

With over 7 years of experience in the esports ecosystem as a player, RASHEDUL created Nova Risingstar with a single mission: to build a high-performance culture grounded in discipline, strategic innovation, and player development.

"Our goal isn't just to win championships—it's to set a new standard for how an esports organization supports, develops, and empowers its talent on and off the stage." — Rashedul Karim Rabby.

Under Rashed's leadership, our roster is already hard at work preparing for Upcoming Tournament. Expect relentless preparation, sharp tactical play, and an uncompromising drive to reach the top.

Join us in welcoming Rashedul Karim Rabby to the front lines. The grind starts now.
