Round 6: Sheffield Grand Prix - 2019 HSBC UK | National Circuit Series The Sheffield Grand Prix is round six of the men's 2019 HSBC UK | National Circuit Series. This is the final round to decide the series winner.

It’s been a busy season for me so far, this year didn’t start off too well in county Meath the first race of the season was a bit of a write off with the snow for everyone. But thankfully I finished it in one piece. Unfortunately I got sick after that race and it took awhile to swing back around to normal and get my legs back together. Next we raced the Des Hanlon it was a tough day on the saddle with hard racing from the gun. But I was happy with my overall finish. I then raced for the Irish team for the first time cycling the tour of Flanders. I was up the road for 100km and I was happy with my overall performance after being sick, I put in a good performance and I spent majority of the race in a 3 man break , that was then followed by Klondike GP, Rás mumhan and cycle classic. I also had the honor of putting on the Irish jersey for Etoile d’OR u23 national cup and Entre Brenne ye montmorillonnais. I finished off last weekend of international racing taking top 20 result in what was my first French UCI 1.2 race with the national team , which I was delighted with! This Sunday I will race in the Lincoln GP with my team bioracerdlhfrservices in our last early season calendar at the HSBC British series Lincoln GP. It will be a tough race taking on the GP circuit 13 times tackling the cobbled michaelgate climb each time before finishing in castle square with a massive total of 166km!!! Let’s hope my legs can take it ! 😂 I’ve been neglecting this page due to a busy season as you can see, but keep an eye on it in the nearby future ! Massive shoutout to team bioracer -DHL- FR services for all the behind the scene work and the constant support we receive from them!

Out in Belgium for the next few weeks to pro long the season and hopefully to get a result or two 🙄looking forward to it 🤙🏻

What a weekend for the team at the foyle international 3 day. On Stage 1 l was 2nd and was also presented with the u23 jersey. On Stage 2 I came 6th and my team mate Sean won the stage with a fantastic ride and was also presented with The U23 riders jersey!!! I thought that that we were after making the most of the weekend but coming into stage 3 with high hopes I managed to pull off a stage win and take the Points jersey over all🎉🎉 Sean and myself managed to finish top 3 in GC with Sean 2nd and myself 3rd!! We couldn’t have done it without the team work out of all our boys it was just outstanding!!! Winning 2 out of 3 stages a white jersey and the green jersey overall was a big one for The team😆 Big thanks to Derek, Tim, John, Tash and Amy weekend wouldn’t of happened without ye👌🏼

So my experience at kreiz breizh elites 2018 was second to none..it was amazing 🤙🏻😎 With over 150/160 starters and only 70 finishers it made it in my opinion one of the hardest road races I’ve ever been in before but also one of the best 🍀 I got through it some how as a first year senior I learned a tone from it which I can take on board with me for the rest of my days but also how French racing differs from Irish racing !!😅 I just want to say thanks to franky, Bryan and Lindsay for all your help and also to for giving me these opportunities 🇮🇪🇮🇪

So I started my first crit on Friday night and everything seemed to be going well until the last 500m when me and the floor became really close friends 😂 I took a little tumble but nothing to worry about !! 😅 I’m racing again today at 1pm here (Irish time 9pm) so I’m looking forward to getting stuck back in again !!🔥 I just want to thank John Sheehan for the help in getting my bike back together again in one piece.... leaving me race again today !! I’ll try stay up right this time 🤫😂

Just heading off to Seattle ✈️🚴🏼‍♂️ which I am so greatful to be riding 9 races over 10 days in The BC Superweek in one of the most prestigious pro-cycling events in North America Featuring 6 separate events as part of the series, BC Superweek consists of the Tour de Delta, New West Grand Prix, Global Relay Gastown Grand Prix, Giro di Burnaby, PoCo Grand Prix, and Tour de White Rock🚴🏼‍♂️🇨🇮 Very excited to meet John during the week if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here!! Will keep Ye posted on my journey ✈️🤪 for any information on the race search
