We’re fairly certain your child’s exam results improve in direct proportion to your ability to stay calm. Come practice with us.
No scientific evidence. Just a strong suspicion. 😁

A yoga practice won’t solve everything. But it might give you one hour where your phone isn’t asking for your attention.
One hour where nobody needs anything from you.
One hour where you can simply breathe, move, feel and be.
Sometimes that’s enough.
Enough to create a little more space in your head.
Enough to leave feeling steadier than when you arrived.
Enough to remember what really matters.
If you’ve been meaning to come to class, this weekend is a good moment.

This summer, we are delighted to welcome Robin and Ethan to AntwerpYoga.
On Saturday, June 27, will offer a workshop on one of the most important aspects of Ashtanga Yoga: finding stability and ease within the practice.
Through observation, discussion and physical exploration of key postures from the Primary Series, Ethan will share how fundamental physical and energetic patterns support a practice that is both strong and sustainable. While rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, this workshop is not exclusively for Ashtanga practitioners and is open to anyone with a dynamic yoga practice. Whether you are new to Ashtanga or have been practising for years, this workshop offers valuable insights that extend far beyond individual postures.
On Sunday, June 28, will guide a workshop dedicated to nervous system balance and regulation.
Drawing from both yoga and her osteopathic studies, Robin offers a practical and accessible approach to understanding stress, recovery and resilience. Through breathwork, supportive movement, restorative practices and guided relaxation, you’ll explore ways to cultivate greater ease in both practice and daily life.
Ethan and Robin have each spent many years studying with Sharath Jois in Mysore, India, and bring a depth of knowledge, humility and lived experience that is rare to find.
Join one workshop or book both as a package and receive a discounted rate.
We hope you’ll join us for this special weekend of practice, learning and connection.

Somatic Yin is an invitation to soften the way you listen to yourself.
Rather than focusing on shape or depth, we turn towards sensation, breath, subtle movement and inner awareness. The practice becomes less about doing and more about sensing. Feeling the body from within. Noticing where we hold, where we rush, where we disconnect and gently creating space there.
In this class, the soma becomes the guide, soma meaning the body as it is personally felt and experienced from within, rather than how it looks from the outside. Through yin-inspired shapes, nervous system regulation and mindful awareness, we explore softness as intelligence. This is not about forcing yourself deeper into poses. In Somatic Yin, we move gently and responsively, honouring the body’s signals rather than overriding them. And truly, yoga in any style should never be about forcing yourself beyond your limits.
This class offers:
A space to slow down.
To feel.
To release effort.
To return to yourself in a quieter way.
Not every practice needs to strive.
Some practices ask us to listen.
Join Vicky every Tuesday at 20:00.
See you in the mat for your urban exhale…

We are delighted and honored to welcome back Lakshmisha for a traditional pūja ceremony, a sacred Indian ritual dedicated to harmony, purification and blessing.
Rooted in ancient tradition, a pūja brings together mantra, offerings, ritual and intention. It is a moment to pause, reflect and connect, both within ourselves and with the space and community around us.
Having Lakshmisha with us again feels deeply special. Through his warmth, humour and profound knowledge, he carries these teachings in a way that feels alive, accessible and deeply rooted in tradition.
You are warmly invited to join us for this meaningful gathering. If you wish, you may bring a small offering such as flowers, fresh fruit, dried fruit or nuts.
Time and Date: June 11, 18:30
Duration: approximately 90 minutes
Suggested donation: €20
Everyone is welcome. Feel free to come with friends or family and share this evening together. More info via the link in bio.
We hope to meet you there..
