I showed the 2in1 show pads for the first time.
Today I am back. Same show, one year later.
And now I see it everywhere. In the arena. At home in the stable. On horses I’ve never even met.

That’s not luck. That’s proof.
The AR pad has earned its place in the western world. And I am so incredibly grateful for every part of that journey.

From tomorrow you’ll find me with my cosy pop-up store at the NQHA Dutch Championship + Futurity & Maturity, at Reining Center Meertenhof in Grathem. Four days between the arenas, the coffee, and you.

A whole week of reining in Grathem. Good horses, good people, and that show ground buzz I love so much. This is my favorite kind of week.

Espresso Teal. ✦

Deep teal running through it like water in low light. Espresso brown that grounds the whole thing. Caramel and warm rust threading the pattern, black holding the lines sharp. This one is rich without being heavy. Bold in a way that still feels calm.

Look closer and you see it. The weave up close, every color sitting exactly where I placed it. The lining underneath, soft and quiet, the layer your horse actually feels. This is what built to order means. Designed from the top blanket all the way down.

Set of the week. ✦

Rose Sage this week, and it wears its name well. Soft pink through the ground, sage and gold moving across it, warm peach catching the light where the pattern turns. It reads gentle from across the arena and holds its own up close.

I set it with the Rosewood Glow headstall. Tooled leather, soft stones, a little shine at every joint. The two of them together feel styled without trying too hard.

A different rhythm. Same quiet confidence.

Under the show blanket sit the layers that do the quiet work. Spine clearance. Closer contact. The comfort your horse settles into from the first ride.

Look at this weave. ✦

Tight. Even. Every line sitting exactly where it should.

This is 100% New Zealand wool, woven the way real show tack used to be made. It holds its color. It holds its shape. It does not go flat and dull after a season of riding.

This is the part people mean when they say the quality caught them off guard. You can see it up close before you ever feel it under the saddle.

Peach that stops you mid-scroll.

Copper running through the pattern like it caught the light somewhere and held on. Dusty pink, wine, sage, warm beige, sharp little black and white accents. Nothing by chance. Every color chosen on purpose until it all clicked.

This design exists once. No second one, ever.

You don’t plan a set like this. You see it, and you know.

For the rider who never wanted the same as everyone else.
