In deze les zoomen we in op de verbinding tussen lichaam en geest, via het zenuwstelsel.
We gebruiken zowel ademhalingstechnieken als yogahoudingen die een kalmerend effect hebben op het zenuwstelsel en die ons meer inzicht geven in onze stress-respons. Je krijgt technieken aangereikt om zowel lichaam als geest voor te bereiden op een diepe ontspanning.

Deze zondagles zal via verschillende benaderingen inzoomen op het openen van de heupgewrichten en het meditatieve aspect van de asanas, om een diepe ontspanning van zowel lichaam en geest te promoten.

G***t Rombaut volgde meerdere yoga opleidingen in India en geeft sinds 2008 les.
In haar lessen wil ze een kader creëren waarin de verbinding tussen lichaam, ademhaling en geest onderzocht en verbeterd kan worden. Daarom legt ze de nadruk op een bewustvolle uitlijning van het lichaam en een meditatieve benadering van de lichaamshoudingen en de ademhaling.

16 years ago I went to an eye-opening yoga and meditation week, organised by the wonderful and knowledgeable teacher Slí Na Bandé MarleneffrenchMullen. In the weekend of June 5-7, Marlene is hosting a yoga study programme on the topic of karma and healing, at which my cousin Nele Costers from Adara, psychologic astrology will provide personal astrological readings. Both women, offering what they do best! This retreat will take place on the lush green hills of county Wicklow, an hour away from Dublin. on DAY #2 of our Yoga Workshops with Bharath Shetty we started out with some mind calming pranayama and gentle stretching, in the afternoon we explored a vinyasa based practice — which we will continue tomorrow afternoon! Come join us : )
