Mediapark – project Viridis

Opening of a part of the Mediapark’s site development. Schaerbeek’s mayor Cécile Jodogne highlighted the quality of the landscape design, which she considers of great importance. The project extends the existing forest into the heart of the site. We can’t wait to see it grow!

With the permit submission for the Confluence Park - part of Messancy’s river park network - the first phase of Athus’s urban renewal has been completed. Enhancement of local agriculture for residents, development of playgrounds related to topography and creation of a stop-off point for cyclists are in the heart of the project. The park is part of the cross-border cycle network between Belgium, Luxembourg and France. To allow development of biodiversity, large areas will become inaccessible. A project from territorial to details scale. Building work is scheduled to start in autumn 2024.
