At THE retreat in Crete this May, both disciplines — the Pilates method and strength training — will be part of the experience.
And we’ll also hold one dedicated workshop that highlights both:
not to mix them,
but to show clearly what each one offers, how they differ, and how they can complement each other.
The goal in our upcoming retreat is a holistic approach.
Because when we stay open, we grow —
stronger, wiser, and more connected to our bodies and to people.

Το Pilates φέρνει πρόθεση, έλεγχο και την αίσθηση ότι ολόκληρο το σώμα λειτουργεί ως ένα σύνολο.
Η προπόνηση ενδυνάμωσης φέρνει ισχύ, πρόκληση και εκείνη τη στιγμή που σηκώνεις κάτι βαρύ… έστω και για μία μόνο επανάληψη.
Στο THE retreat στην Κρήτη αυτόν τον Μάιο— η μέθοδος Pilates και η προπόνηση ενδυνάμωσης — θα αποτελούν μέρος αυτής της εμπειρίας.
Θα έχουμε επίσης ένα ειδικό workshop αφιερωμένο και στα δύο:
όχι για να τα αναμείξουμε,
αλλά για να δείξουμε καθαρά τι προσφέρει το καθένα, πώς διαφέρουν και πώς μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν συμπληρωματικά.
Ο στόχος στο retreat μας είναι μια ολιστική προσέγγιση.
