Honestly…
Some days everything around us feels heavy.
And moms usually keep going through the day,
even when their hearts and minds are somewhere else.
I originally filmed these movements to support moms going through weaning,
because it can be an emotional and stressful phase.
These gentle yoga movements for moms help calm the body,

Back pain during breastfeeding isn’t just “mom fatigue.”
When you nurse, your body naturally rounds forward:
• Shoulders collapse
• Neck drops down
• Core muscles stay under-activated
• Pelvic floor support is reduced

Lower back pain
Upper back tension
Neck stiffness
