Linda and me started to teach free, donation based in Parc du Cinquantenaire in 2016. It seems like ages ago, but I still remember the first class we taught together. 👯
These outdoor yoga classes were always and are still my favorite to teach: sharing yoga freely outside to a group of unique souls and bodies who can’t always make it to a studio or who just love feeling nature’s energy.
Last summer, Jasmin Panag joined me and taught many classes in the park since. She also made suggestions to make the yoga class in the park an even better experience... 🍵🌳
We limit the number of students to 9 for the moment to respect Covid regulations.
We choose quiet moments to practice when the park isn’t crowded to respect the bubble of others.
