Если ты живёшь за границей…
и растишь ребёнка одна…
ты знаешь — у жизни нет инструкции.
Ты всё осваиваешь на ходу.
Ты принимаешь решения без страховки.
Ты создаёшь всё заново, с нуля —
на языке, который не твой,
в системе, где ты будто гость.
Поэтому устойчивость —
это не просто красивое слово.
Это — твоя опора.
Но вот в чём правда:
Устойчивость — это не быть "железной" и "терпеть".
Это — научиться гнуться, но не ломаться.
Отдыхать — не сдаваться.
Чувствовать — не тонуть в этом.
Это — осознанность.
Это — присутствие.
Это — быть настолько соединённой со своим "зачем",
что даже разваливаясь — ты продолжаешь вставать.
Так что сегодня просто напомни себе:
Каждый раз, когда ты не знала, как справишься —
но всё равно встала,
приготовила еду,

💪 Resilience Is Your Superpower 💪
(Awareness Month Edition)
If you’re an expat… and a solo mom…
then you know — life doesn’t give you a handbook.
You figure it out as you go.
You make choices without a safety net.
You rebuild, often from scratch, in a language that’s not your own,
in a system that wasn’t made for your reality.
That’s why resilience isn’t just a nice word for us —
it’s a lifeline.
But here’s the truth:
Resilience isn’t about being hard or pushing through.
It’s about learning to bend without breaking,
to rest without giving up,
and to feel everything without letting it drown you.
It’s awareness.
It’s presence.
It’s being so connected to your why,
that even when you fall apart — you still rise.
So today, remind yourself:
Every time you didn’t know how —
but still showed up,
still cooked the meal,
still filled the paperwork,
still kissed the sleepy head of your child…
You were resilient.
And you still are.

🌿 JUNE — Month of Awareness 🌿
Today’s real moment: Driving through life (literally).
This morning, life gifted me two opportunities to practice exactly that.
First — while driving my daughter back from her logopede session, I turned into a street only to see a huge truck blocking the way — and immediately regretted it. From a distance, it looked impossible to pass.
My first thought?
“Again? Why me? Why now? Why didn’t I choose another way?”
A wave of frustration, victimhood, the “here we go again” feeling.
But instead of giving in — I breathed.
I stayed present.
And as I gently moved the car forward, I was amazed at how perfectly I could drive through the space that had seemed impossible.
There was space for me. I just couldn’t see it from a distance.
And guess what? A few hours later — another moment.
The same emotion came back when my computer suddenly restarted and erased this very post before I saved it. 😂
I was writing — and boom 💥
Everything disappeared. That rising panic returned.
But this time, I didn’t drown in it.
I paused. I breathed.
And somehow, I stayed calm and accepting.
I thought: Maybe I’ll write a new post today — I can’t even remember exactly what I’d written anyway.
Because when I write, I’m in the flow. It comes through me.
So maybe… something else wants to come through today.
And if so — let it be.
Maybe it’s meant to be a different story. Something even more honest. More me.
💡 And it hit me: That’s exactly how life feels here in Belgium sometimes.
Everything new looks scary.
So many things seem “impossible” — at first.
I panic, I freeze, I want to escape…
But then I do it.
And it’s never as scary as it looked.
Just like that narrow street — there was space for me.
And there always is.
This month I’m reflecting on Awareness.
And today, I’m simply aware of this:
My first feeling is not the truth.
It’s just fear saying hello.
And I don’t need to believe it.
And also — the magic of awareness is this:
It’s not about control.
It’s not about getting everything right.
It’s about:
✨ Being a quiet, loving observer of your life.
Not judging yourself.
Not judging others.
Just… noticing.
Floating above it all like a curious cloud.
It’s the same when I paint.
I sit down with blank paper, turn on music, and let something flow through me.
Hours pass, and I look at what I’ve created — in awe.
Like someone replaced the paper while I blinked in slow motion.
This is what awareness feels like.
A silent miracle of presence.

Meet the Man of Your Dreams… Inside You
Every woman dreams of a man who truly sees her —
Who adores her, supports her, believes in her.
Who offers his arm in hard times, celebrates her in good ones,
And never makes her feel she’s not enough.
But what if I told you…
That man already exists.
Not out there — but within you.
Inside every woman lives her inner man — her masculine side.
And he plays a powerful role in how loved, safe, and supported she feels.
So let me ask you:
What is your inner man like?
Is he grounded, confident, emotionally reliable?
Or is he scared, passive, angry, immature?

start by creating that kind of man within you.
Let your inner man become the love she’s always longed for.
Let them become a real team, a sacred partnership.
And then… everything shifts.
Because when your inner woman is adored from within,
you no longer chase love — you radiate it.
You no longer settle — you choose.

🌧 When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart… 🌤
…anchor yourself in one simple, solid routine.
Not the kind that feels forced or fancy,
but the kind that becomes your inner compass—
steady and reliable, no matter what’s happening around you.
When life turns upside down, we tend to search outside oursel ves for answers.
But the truth is—your direction lives within.
Stop asking around.
Turn inward.
You already hold the answers. The whole universe is within you.
And one of the most powerful ways to access it
is through a daily routine—
so steady, so personal, that it becomes the foundation of your inner home.
🏛 Clues for picking the activity that will serve you in building the base of your house:
✔️ Simple
✔️ Realistic
✔️ Accessible in all seasons of life
✔️ Sometimes challenging
✔️ Deeply rooted in your wellbeing
✔️ After completing this activity, it should feel satisfying, energizing, and bring a sense of accomplishment, pride, and determination
✔️ Gives you a step-by-step sense of progress—like literally laying one stone at a time
This is how you develop inner strength and inner support—
something you can lean on during stormy times,
and something that gently carries you through the light, summer days.
And the stronger you build it,
the more it will support and serve you.
It becomes a source of structure, resilience, and quiet power.
This must be something uncompromisable.
You don’t negotiate with it.
You don’t delay it.
You don’t adjust it to your mood or the weather.
It becomes part of who you are—
your identity, your anchor.
🪨 It’s your inner rock.
Always there.

And the more you show up for it,

It doesn’t have to be fancy.
It just has to be meaningful—to you.
To give you ideas:
It could be lifting weights. Running. Breathwork. Ice plunging. Blogging. Journaling. A challenging yoga flow or a complete morning routine.
Whatever it is—it must:
✔️ Add value to your wellbeing
✔️ Strengthen your core from the inside
✔️ Remind you that you're building something essential
But most importantly—choose one and commit to it every single day, regardless of your mood, the weather, or any circumstance at all.
And then… the magic begins.
As you grow stronger, more emotionally independent and balanced,
as you begin to live from the inside out—suddenly you notice:

You begin to feel safe.

You don’t need to wait for someone to save you.
You don’t need permission to feel supported.

One tiny ritual at a time.
Here’s a powerful self-connection practice I use — and I invite you to try it with me:
🌼 Step 1: Create 3 Soul Lists
Take a few quiet moments and write down:
30 things that spark joy and light you up inside.
(Think: dancing barefoot, the smell of rain, fresh flowers, laughing until your belly aches...)
30 things that make you feel loved, held, and comforted.
(A cozy blanket, your favorite cup of tea, warm socks, a gentle playlist…)
30 things that make you feel safe and grounded.
(A deep breath, your journal, a trusted mantra, sunlight on your face…)
🌱 Step 2: Keep Them Visible
Put your 3 lists somewhere you can see them every day.
By your bed. On the fridge. On your phone lock screen.
Anywhere that reminds you — you have your own medicine.
Let your nervous system see the safety and care available to you.
Let your eyes and heart come back to them throughout the day.
💛 Step 3: Practice Daily for 21 Days
Every day, pick 1 thing from each list — different combinations daily —
and actually do them.
✨ 1 joy ritual
✨ 1 comfort ritual
✨ 1 safety ritual
Simple, small, sacred.
Do all 3. Every day. For 21 days.
You’ll start to feel it:
A deeper trust within.
A sense of presence that holds you.
A quiet knowing that you’ve got you.
