Hello friends,
Last weekend we had our first training session together. It was an opportunity to award diplomas to the various graduates, including Jorge from Spain, who obtained his 3rd Dan.
As usual, we worked hard, focusing particularly this time on kihon Kogeki and Bo Nage Waza. Of course, we ended with a convivial moment, raising our glasses in honour of the new year.
