๐Ÿš€Two minutes faster at the Brussels 20km! Even though the climbs out of the tunnels felt tough, he hung in there and gave it his all until the very end!

๐Ÿ‘Well done Liebrecht on this great progress! A fantastic training session to kick off your preparation for your first marathon!

๐ŸŒOur first runner to enter the Sinksenjogging Bavikhove 10K (world-famous race in Harelbeke? ๐Ÿ™ƒ), took up running last autumn.

๐ŸฆตDrawing on her history in rowing and fitness, she progressed quickly. When an injury interrupted her preparation, she remained unwavering, restarted patiently from scratch, and made it to the start line anyway.

๐ŸฅตDespite the hot weather on race day, Emma stayed strong and clocked an average pace below 6:00 min/km.

๐Ÿ‘An excellent first experience!

๐Ÿš€Taking on the 10K leg, Marie faced a sudden, fast handoff from her son Martin and had to jump right into the action.

๐ŸฆตEven with an intense start, she pushed through the dark forest sections ("c'รฉtait un peu flippant") and dug deep during a demanding ninth kilometer to finish with an excellent sprint.

๐ŸฅธAfter a break from running for several years and struggling with a dodgy achilles tendon, Kevin reached out to us for some guidance. We focused on rebuilding his routine from the ground up and his physio tackled a mobility issue that was at the core of his injury troubles.
We kept the focus entirely on the fundamentals to ensure he had a positive, healthy experience back on the race course.

๐Ÿ’ชOn May 3rd, it was mission achieved. Kevin crossed the finish line in an excellent 1:50:54, a rock-solid 5:15min/km pace.

๐Ÿ”ญNow that the foundations are firmly laid out, we are excited to look ahead to an autumn challenge and help him take the next steady step up in his running journey!

๐ŸฆตNothing scares Michaรซl Raets ! A former 400m runner, he now expresses himself on longer distances and road races. After completing his first marathon last year in Visรฉ, he returned this year to tackle the half-marathon.

๐ŸŽข๐Ÿ’จDespite the elevation gain concentrated in the second half of the race and a strong wind (just look at the flags!), he didn't give up. It was a great performance that has left him hungry for more!

๐Ÿ‘ , our teamโ€™s resident chef, just treated himself to his very first marathon in the Czech capital! And itโ€™s safe to say that Prague didn't make it easy for him, offering up some pretty tough weather conditions. The sun was definitely shining a bit too brightly over the city ๐Ÿฅต

๐ŸฆตIn fact, things got so intense during the week that the organizers decided to move the start time up by an hour. But that wasnโ€™t enough to discourage Marco! He hit the starting line more motivated than ever (even if he was a little nervous).

๐ŸคฉIt was a fantastic first experience, and we hope itโ€™s just the first of many to come!

๐Ÿค“After improving his PB in Malaga in December last year, Riccardo and his friends set their sights on Bergen in 2026. The surprise came quickly: there was in fact a significant hill to climb in the first third of the race.

๐ŸฆตNevertheless, Riccardoโ€™s training metrics were looking very strong, so we both knew there was a small chance he could go for that PB. What followed went beyond what either of us had imagined: Riccardo improved by an impressive 14sec/km and crossed the finish line in 1h41โ€™56 ๐Ÿ”ฅ

โœˆ๏ธAt this pace, Riccardo feet were barely touching the ground (see picture). Weโ€™re still waiting to hear whether the organizers will disqualify him for flying ๐Ÿ˜…

๐Ÿ‘A new personal best for Carlos at the Antwerp 10 Miles! This city really suits him. The atmosphere, the course, and the sun (maybe a bit too much of it!) were all there. Pure joy!

โ›ฐ๏ธAfter many excellent results on short trails, Mikel tried his hand at his first long trail, the very first edition of the Epic Trail Baraque Fraiture: 48km and 1.200m D+

๐Ÿ˜ฑHe did not disappoint, averaging 5:09min/km to complete the course in just over 4 hours. After a cautious start in 9th position, Mikel moved up to 6th, finishing a mere 39 seconds shy of 5th place. While minor hamstring cramps prevented a final push, it was a strong and consistent performance.

๐Ÿ‘What a wonderful conclusion to his last race in Belgium before moving to Bordeaux for a brand-new adventure. Thank you, Mikel, for the smooth collaboration and your successive highlight performances. Take care! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ
