📢 Big shout-out to , one of my longest standing athlete and one of the most dedicated human I know!

I've been training Gilles online for years, supporting his fitness and accessory work, while he continues to push himself as committed marathon runner 💯.
This last month he took it even further, traveling to Kenya 🇰🇪 to train with elite Kenyan pro runners and running between 120 to 160km a week! 🥇

At 49 years old, he's the definition of dedication, effort and persistence. Just pure discipline and love of the grind 💪

Proud of this absolute beast and great human being!

I've been coaching my old friend online for years, and recently I wanted to embark on a new experience with him—sharing the challenge and knowing that our bodies will thank us! 💪😊

Why a 3-Day Water Fast? 💧
We decided to do a 3-day water fast to boost our metabolism and stimulate growth hormone production as we approach our 40s. Additionally, we wanted to cleanse our bodies and improve gut health, especially since many inflammations originate from an imbalanced gut. 🦠💥

However, along the way, I realized it brought even more benefits to our overall health. Here are the key benefits of a water fast, and trust me—I felt every one of these in my body:

" In preparation for my half marathon and marathon, it is often important to reinforce muscles. Several years i didnt do work out much because i have no clue of pictures in my mind therefore my body was a poor body :) Since 15 february 2022 i started working with Mr Christophe Couturiaux program, i really learn a lot and many work out are something new to me. If you go to the gym and do whatever feels good or whatever machine is free it's not a bad thing at all but it's good for fitness maintenance.

But with a plan which include progressive overload and measuring results📈 that's the way to crush your specific fitness goals🏅

Working with on his squat strength and he improved his PR by 15kg already after his first 3weeks cycle. We are now on the second cycle to get even better.💪

And now enjoying my Personal Training Session in the new strength area

Some words of .zagreb after 1 year of following her online fitness program with me 👇

"After a year of training with you, after all the ups and downs, today I can see a lot of accomplishments. I can run 10k easy, even 13 if I feel like it 😜. From someone who hated running just a year ago, I now need running, it became a part of my training routine! In weightlifting, I see better results every day, super happy with my cleans and deadlifts, even push and jerk, much better PRs than before...What a difference! And let's not forget the core, I never had abs before 😊. And yes I need to continue work on the pull ups, but I am approaching that bar and I am much stronger than before! Now I can perform a lot of pull ups with tiny blue band during the wod, before it was not an option. And probably much more things that don't come on my mind now, but I want to thank you today for all that, for all the great job you're doing. This formula with wods in the box and accessorrys exercises at home works really fine for me!  It's not too much and it's complementary (and it stays fun, not overwhelming).  So thank you and enjoy your day, all the best!"
