Fitterz,
Let’s be real, you can all see and feel my motivation & positive energy. But December was a really hard month for me mentally & physically with the injuries I got and some personal stuff I’m facing. But I decided to fight back this month. Me against me, tand guess what I WIN! I just want to tell you guys that it’s normal to have moments in your life where you feel down, where nothing seems to work out but that’s normal. What matters is that you fu***ng fight. Falling is ok, as long as you also stand back up.

Been fit is a feeling not a look!
This is my 2weeks transformation that I reached with my Virtual Fit Camp program. They motivate me every day. We talk, share recipes and are getting through this journey together. Starting this community that is so much about empowering each other is the best choice that I made in 2022 so far.💪🏾

I have been working on some new exercises after being injured for months.
No running or rope skipping. I miss it so much! I believe using your body as a machine make you a machine.
I have been trying some new movements with my kettlebell. The movements are new for me so it is not perfect yet.
