🇦🇺 2026 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – CAMPAIGN WRAP 🇦🇺
And that’s a wrap on Duisburg 2026 for our Australian Senior Women. 💚💛
Our women fought hard throughout the tournament, producing some incredibly competitive games and pushing their opposition right to the end. They finish the Championships 13th in the world — moving up one place from China 2024.
And what an opportunity this whole tour has been. Across Gekko, Milan, Worlds practice games and the World Championships, our women had the chance to play against every one of the countries in the final World Championship rankings. 🌏
That’s 17 different international opponents across the campaign — invaluable experience, different styles of play, and plenty of opportunities to learn, adapt and grow as a team.

“The tour as a whole provided amazing opportunities for us to develop our individual and team play as well as build our cohesion. We ticked off many of our goals, and we found out that when we play to our capabilities we can mix it with the top 10 teams.
It was also really satisfying to see the depth of women’s polo continuing to build; there were so many really close games across all rounds.
From the preparation and travel to the games on the water, this has been one incredible campaign.”
A huge amount of international polo, learning and experience packed into one tour. Now we bring it all home. 🇦🇺💚💛
