Donderdag afgekomen. Na foto's en botscan bleek er van mijn gebit niet veel goed te zijn.
Nog 5 goede tanden. De rest was al weg, gevuld of klaar om te breken of uit te vallen. Fel gezakte sinussen en veel ontbrekende botstructuur.
Enige deftige oplossing was chirurgische ingreep. Opnieuw ophogen van sinussen. Bijsteken van botstructuur. En trekken van alle tanden voor nieuw gebit op implantaten.
Alles is gedaan.
Mag vanwege de sinussen in 3 weken mijn neus niet snuiten. (Kzal doen gelijk de chinezen) en moet een werk rechtop zittend slapen.
Met meer dan 50 hechtingen in de mond, opgevuld bustructuur en 14 inplantaten moet in nu zonder tanden 6 maanden verder.
Kzal inventief moeten zijn bij het eten want ik kan zonder tanden niets bijten.
Hoop dat ik binnen 6 maand blij ben van het geïnvesteerde geld en het afzien.

Challenging my oven system.
Meatloaf, onions, mushrooms, chicory, tomato, potatoes, bacon and different herbs.
All together in layers during 50 minutes, in my oven system.
mmmmmmmmmmm.
so now, my oven system survived, 5 different kind of recipes.
And it was all perfect.
I can only advice it to everyone.
As some of you know. I only have a 30 ft Phantom sailing vessel.
So finding solutions for many space-taking elements is a daily activity.
Also about the oven.
No place for an oven in the boat. So… find other solution.
And I’ve found it. made in Sweden.
Its an “OMNIA-oven” great stuff. See the movie part I and part II.
Any advice from others that use it?

I was looking for a system to place my electric outboard engine of my dinghy when I am docked.
At the ships chandler they sell these systems. But I don’t think they are very reliable. Don’t look strong and they are small. I wanted something strong and bigger. So I can also use to place an antenna on it. or other purposes.
So. I looked for two plates in “Ertalon” PA6 to squeeze my hedge between it. and get that way a solid strong plate at the edge of my ship. But I was hit with a hammer when I saw the price.
To “f….king” expensive.
So disappointed in the price I went to my kitchen to cook. And……
Using the meat-cutting-plate a light in my brains illuminated.
Eureka!!!!
I went to the internet. Ordered 2 plates 600*400*20 mm (Polyethylene) LDPE. Each 20€.
And 2 days later. This is the result.
Again one step closer to departure.
