What a weekend.
Guardians of Ryukyu 2026 – The Dragon Returns: Full Force has come to an end, and we look back with deep gratitude and pride on a truly outstanding edition.
Over three days, we shared training, knowledge, focus and connection — guided by an exceptional group of Sensei and supported by a committed team behind the scenes. We are incredibly happy with how this edition unfolded and we sincerely hope that each and every participant enjoyed the experience as much as we did.
Thank you to all who joined us on the tatami, to those who travelled from near and far, and to everyone who contributed to the respectful and inspiring atmosphere that defines Guardians of Ryukyu.

Good morning Guardians,
Today we close Guardians of Ryukyu 2026 – The Dragon Returns: Full Force with a moment of reflection, tradition and connection.
This free closing seminar is guided by:
• Hanshi Hubert Laenen (9th Dan)
• Sensei Roger Lemaire
The focus today lies on Kobudo — traditional Okinawan weapons training — exploring timing, distance, structure and the deep relationship between weapons and empty‑hand practice.
🕒 Today’s Schedule – Sunday
• Registrations: from 08:30
• Seminar (youth & adults): 09:30 – 11:00
• Kids session: 11:00 – 12:00

✅ Online pre‑registrations for Sunday are now closed.
➡️ On‑site registration may still be possible today, only if capacity allows.
➡️ Participants who register on‑site will NOT receive a certificate of participation.
➡️ Participation is only possible for those who attended Friday and/or Saturday.
