Insane transformation from an online client 👏

It’s not easy to completely change who you are, in fact it’s extremely fu***ng difficult. But when you keep tweaking your habits, your mindset and don’t give up things will fall into place (and on the days that they don’t, I’ll be on your case 🤪)

To the first person who messages “full commit” I hope you are ready to dive in and change yourself for the better 🫡

Moral of the story..

(It’s a lot of text so looks like GPT but these are in fact the wise words of myself )

To firstly show you that it’s normal to have fluctuations throughout the years, that you get motivated for different things, maybe you went to run a marathon, maybe you started playing a sport and that “looking a certain way” is not always a priority, but feeling a certain way should be..

Secondly, that you can quite literally see in my physiques over the years how committed I’ve been. And that when you are committed to a program, surprisingly, it works.

I categorised 9-10/10 as training 5-6 times a week, tracking calories every day and hitting my protein goal - just those 3 things (over at least 3months of consistency). Whenever I’ve given myself a 9 or 10, my physique has always shown it.

Similarly, I can definitely see in my physique when I’ve completely stopped training, and I can see when I’m only doing half the battle (usually that’s training without tracking food, as tracking everyday is the hard part)

So ask yourself do you remember a time when you gave training 100% over a period of time, when you were on it with not just your training but also your food? and how did you look? More importantly how did you feel?

Compare that to how you felt when doing neither, or only half the battle.

If you’re more focussed on endurance activities in comparison to how you look this doesn’t really apply to you, but if you’re unhappy with how you look which is affecting your confidence and self esteem and instead, want a feeling of accomplishment from the hard work that you’re going to put in and results that come along with it - holla@me x
