Today marked the last class of the first semester of 2026! ☀️🥋
Our students showed great dedication and strong spirit by training even in this summer heat. To finish the semester, we practiced Fajin (explosive power)—an excellent way to sweat a little more and release some of that accumulated heat!
But the training doesn't stop here! 💪
