As the seasons shift, our bodies and minds call for balance. In this workshop, we’ll blend dynamic Yang flow with grounding Yin postures, guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Metal element (lungs & large intestine). Together, we’ll release what no longer serves, cultivate clarity, and build resilience for the months ahead.
We’ll close our practice with a warm cup of tea & gentle conversation. 💛

From Winter to Spring with yoga workshop 🌱 Join me on 23 March for a yoga immersion from Water to Wood.

The summer is the season of the heart, of the sun, of fire and of flowers. On this summer evening, I and Nathalie de Snijder organise an evening of yoga and qi gong around a warm fire. Elize provides a meditative yoga and flower picking experience. Nathalie will connect you more deeply with your heart through acupressure points that activate the three “collaborators” of your heart and qi gong movements that bring you completely in tune with the transformative power of summer.
