MID has over 25 years of Irish dancing experience and is affiliated with CLRG. Het begon allemaal met een bezoek aan de show "Riverdance" in London.

Founded in 1998 by Annemie Thijs and since 2025 led by Lita De Wachter TCRG, MID has competed across Europe and performed at festivals, TV shows and Irish events. In 1998 specialiseerde Dansstudio Marlynes zich in traditionele Ierse Dans en showdans zoals die in "Riverdance" en "Lord of the dance" te zien is.
