🟥 ASHFALL GUARD: “From The Ruins, We Rise!"

Ashfall Guard was not created as a conventional military force.

It grew from the people left behind after the war: former soldiers (from both sides), resistance fighters, local leaders, industrialists and civilians who refuse to see the Ardennes controlled by another foreign power.

When North Star Command arrives, AG sees the deployment for what they believe it truly is: the beginning of a takeover.

A valuable resource has been discovered beneath their land, and a internationally backed security force has arrived to secure it. They intend to stop them.

But AG is far from united: some members fight for the independence of the region, some seek revenge against those who abandoned them during the war. Others see Black Vein as an opportunity to rebuild their communities and create a future on their own terms and some simply see an opportunity to gain power.

This makes Ashfall Guard unpredictable. Their commanders may share a common enemy, but they do not always share the same vision of what comes next.

Then strange information begins circulating within their ranks:
- Details of enemy movements
- Maps of areas no outsider should know
- Information about operations before they happen

Someone is watching. Someone knows more about Black Vein than they should, but Ashfall Guard has no intention of letting that stop them.

The oil reserves belong to the people who live in these lands. The only question is what they will become if they win.. 💀

🟦 NORTH STAR COMMAND: "Order. Progress. Control".

North Star Command is an international security force created in the aftermath of World War II to protect the fragile stability of a Europe still recovering from years of conflict.

When the existence of Black Vein becomes known, NSC cannot afford to let the resource fall into the hands of a hostile power. A specially selected Task Force is deployed to the Ardennes to assess the situation, secure the most vital installations and establish control until further forces can be deployed.

Their mission is clear:
- Secure Black Vein
- Protect the infrastructure
- Gather Intel

However, the situation on the ground quickly proves far more complicated: the original research team has disappeared, supply routes are being attacked, extraction facilities have been sabotaged, and classified research has vanished.

The Task Force soon realises that the conflict did not begin with their arrival. Someone has been operating in the shadows. Someone with access to information that should be impossible to obtain.

North Star Command cannot afford to ignore the threat. Every delay gives its enemies time to strengthen their positions. For the Task Force, the objective remains simple:

Secure the installations. Control the region. Find the truth.

But the deeper they move into the Ardennes, the harder it becomes to determine who is actually in control... 💀

Wat een geslaagde module!

Opnieuw mochten we werken met een enorm gemotiveerde groep, met deelnemers van .and.found , , en natuurlijk onze eigen Jagers. Bedankt voor jullie inzet, enthousiasme en sterke samenwerking gedurende het hele weekend.

Een bijzondere boodschap voor onze Rohirrim Marc: jammer dat je er deze keer niet bij kon zijn. Het volledige team wenst je veel beterschap en een spoedig herstel.

Ook een grote shout-out naar .be h voor de sterke TCCC-workshop. bedankt voor de workshop radiocommunicatie. En uiteraard ook dank aan onze eigen coach en **Lorenz** voor het verzorgen van de workshop kaartlezen.

Bedankt aan alle deelnemers, lesgevers en externe medewerkers die van deze module opnieuw een succes hebben gemaakt.

Nu richten we onze blik op **Module 4 op 22 en 23 augustus**. Het sluitstuk van de basis cyclus, waarbij de kandidaat-Jagers die het volledige traject succesvol afronden hun Jager-tab en muts ontvangen.

MODULE 4 – VERDIEN JE JAGER TAB

De laatste stap van de Jager-cyclus. Heb je Module 1, 2 en 3 gevolgd? Dan is dit jouw kans om de gele Jager Tab te verdienen.

Niet deelgenomen aan de vorige modules? Geen probleem. Tijdens Module 4 krijg je een spoedcursus van de volledige cyclus zodat je alsnog alle basisvaardigheden leert.

Ook op zoek naar meer actie? Er zijn een beperkt aantal OPFOR-tickets beschikbaar.

Terug van nog nooit weggeweest.

Sommige locaties vergeet je nooit. Ze vormen het decor van herinneringen, kameraadschap en onvergetelijke momenten.

Ter ere van 10 jaar actief en 12 jaar bestaan keert het 17e Eskadron Jagers terug naar een plek die voor velen een speciale betekenis heeft: The Factory.

Op 2 mei 2027 organiseren we een unieke Tactical Skirm met onze eigen Soldiers & Generals game mode. Verwacht een dag waarin leiderschap, tactiek, samenwerking en doorzettingsvermogen centraal staan.

Iedereen die kennis wil maken met onze manier van spelen

Catering is de hele dag aanwezig, zodat jij je volledig op de missie kunt richten.

🇧🇪 A Belgian GWOT throwback, their rifle squad in units mounted on the MPPV Dingo II. Until they replace everything with the Griffon, the Belgians have had two types of armored infantry: light battalions on the Dingo and medium battalions on the Piranha.

At this point, the FN FNC was still Belgium’s service rifle (it has since been replaced by the SCAR-L). Everyone was secondarily armed with the Browning Hi-Power (since replaced by the FN Five-seveN). Humoursly the FN F2000 was used as an interim platform to mount a modern 40mm gr***de launcher, rather than manfacture a new solution for their obsolescent rifles. These were usually employed with just iron sights although it seems some higher speed units did use the optic on the F2000. Otherwise though just two Marksmen per squad were intended to be armed with FNCs mounting Hensoldt Fero Z24 4x24mm optics. How common that was I’m not sure, I haven’t found many photographs of them doing it. In some units the upper receiver mounting space would actually be taken up by an aiming laser instead of an optic.

The squad consisted of 2x 3-man teams and a 2-man vehicle crew. One team was under the Squad Leader and one under the deputy. They were identically armed eith a gr***de launcher, Minimi LMG and DMR. The vehicle crew consisted of a ROSS Operator (the name for the RWS) and driver. When the vehicle was not in use these two soldiers would join each team as riflemen.

In theory the Dingo II had mounting space for 6x M72 LAWs, one per dismount. It’s likely they used less though.
