A new chapter for Jakarta Van Het Gravenhof! 🇺🇸 It feels like yesterday Jakarta joined our stable, and yet she’s ready for her next adventure across the Atlantic.

This talented 11yo mare by Toulon x Nabab de Rêve will continue her journey at the stables of Shane Sweetnam, Sweet Oak Farm.
