The 25/26 season is wrapping up, and SMART SKI Academy is already building the team for 26/27.
If you’re looking for more than just another ski school — if you want to be part of a strong, supportive, professional team that values quality, growth, and passion — this could be your next move.
At SMART SKI Academy, we believe this profession should be done to the highest standard.
That means great service, strong teamwork, constant development, and a positive atmosphere on and off the slopes.

We’re looking for instructors who are:

✅ Level A certified or above
✅ Fluent in English
✅ Customer-focused and professional
✅ Team players — we move as one
✅ Passionate about skiing and/or snowboarding
✅Bonus points if you also speak Romanian, Russian, Hebrew, or another language.
✅Female instructors are especially encouraged to apply.
✅Dual-qualified in ski + snowboard? Even better.
