So then my lovelies, how does a 3 day yoga/well being/detox package for Autumn 2019 sound? Or a 3 day training and detox package sound?

This will be delivered by the amazing Joey Bull who's been in the fitness industry now for over 30 years.

Not only will this be an excellent quality package, which will set you up for good practices when you return home, you'll also be training to this as your view in beautiful Switzerland.

There's lots of details to sort but you know I know it's going to be pretty darn epic 😎

Very excited to have Joey Bull partner up with Wrongens Retreats. She'll be joining me next year in helping to deliver exceptional Wrongens Bootcamps and Yoga Retreats out in Bulgaria.

Among other things Joey is a four time UK fitness champion, an adventure athlete, fitness writer & author, DVD presenter who's sold bucket loads of yoga DVD's.
