Pilates stability ball adds an extra challenge to traditional Pilates by using an unstable surface. That means the body has to work harder, especially the core.

Fascia becomes more pliable
Movement feels smoother
Less "pulling" sensation

Ladies don't be afraid of Weights, the benefits are so many. But overall prevention of osteoporosis, cardiovascular problems and many more Women don't have as much estrogen like men,therefore you won't get massive with Weights. But always start light and gradually progress .
