My teaching focuses on anatomically intelligent alignment and embodied movement, feeling into the sensation of the pose. The body is encouraged to work as an integrated whole bringing deeper physical awareness and building up strength and more fluidity. Suitable for all ages and levels of experience, my classes aim to release tension, and reveal the natural freedom of the body and breath.
