Most often you'd see me uploading clips of handstand and yoga and apparently sometimes people are left with the impression that I've put a halt on my weight training, whereas actually...
I have never stopped and weights is a fundamental part of everything I do.
Thanks to weight training, I'm prepared for all the other physical activity that I undertake.
It's just that I've been training with weights for a long time as opposed to handstands and mobility which are something newer for me and my achievements there give me immense pleasure - that's why I upload more of these :)
Don't be afraid of weights, just progress steadily at your own pace without rushing!

The workout was a distance of 3800 meters - in the vid you can see a 6x100m breast stroke 💪 I adore the water!

So Inspired!
Thank you to Nina Serkova for the invite.
11 years ago I graduated 105 SOU Atanas Dalchev (my high school) and just 2 days ago I got the opportunity to speak there.
The school and the people there have taught me a lot.
Now I returned there to give something back myself!
When I was in school - there were so many questions and unknowns in my head...
I wish there was someone to tell me about the hardship they had gone through and how they had overcome them.
But the other day I didn't speak about my success...
I spoke about all the times when it's been hard, when I doubted myself and others didn't believe in me...
I wanted to show them the other face of success and to inspire them!
It was an honor!
I met my head master and it was such a pleasure to see that woman - seeing how proud she is, after all these years, of all the people graduating my high school and then going back to tell about their life and inspire the upcoming generation!
