I used to think confidence was feeling good about myself all the time.

It’s not.

Confidence is trusting myself.
Trusting that I’ll do the workout even when I don’t feel like it.
Trusting that l’Il keep the promises I make to myself.
Every workout.
Every healthy choice.
Every time I do something hard.
That’s how I build confidence.

I don’t find it.
I earn it.

Comment “MACROS” and I’l help you build confidence through fitness and consistency.

If you’re new to strength training, bodyweight exercises are one of the best places to start.
They help build strength, improve balance, strengthen your core, and develop better movement patterns for everyday life.
The goal isn’t to make workouts complicated.
It’s to build a strong foundation, gain confidence, and create habits you can stick with.
Start with the basics, stay consistent, and let the results follow.

Comment “MACROS” and I’l help you build a simple workout plan that works.

I’ve learned to be okay with doing it alone.
Not everyone will understand my goals.
Not everyone will choose the same lifestyle.
But I still show up.
I do my workouts.
I prepare my meals.
I focus on becoming better every day.
Because my progress doesn’t depend on who comes with me.
It depends on whether I keep showing up for myself.

Comment “MACROS” and I’II help you stay consistent with your fitness goals.

Most fighters train hard.

Very few train in the right order.

Every week I see athletes trying to improve their conditioning by doing more sparring, more rounds, more circuits, and more suffering.

Then they wonder why they still gas out.

The reality is that conditioning isn’t one thing.

It’s a system.

A fighter who wants elite cardio needs to develop:

âś“ Aerobic Capacity
âś“ Aerobic Power
âś“ Lactic Capacity
âś“ Lactic Power
âś“ Alactic Capacity
âś“ Alactic Power

Each system builds on the one below it.

Skip the foundation and eventually the whole pyramid collapses.

That’s why elite fighters don’t just train harder.

They train smarter.

The goal isn’t simply to survive rounds.

The goal is to:

🥊 Recover faster
🥊 Push a higher pace
🥊 Stay dangerous when tired
🥊 Explode when opportunities appear
🥊 Finish strong

The fighter with the better engine usually gets to use his skills for longer.

And in combat sports, that matters.

Which energy system do you think is currently holding you back the most?

DM me “ENGINE” if you want help building fight-specific conditioning for MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, or Grappling.

Most men don’t need more nutrition information.

They need less confusion.

Every week I hear questions like:

❌ “Do I need to eat every 2-3 hours?”
❌ “Should I avoid carbs?”
❌ “What’s the perfect post-workout meal?”
❌ “Am I eating at the right time?”

The truth?

Nutrition becomes much simpler when you focus on what actually drives results:

âś“ Eat enough protein
âś“ Control your calories
âś“ Eat mostly whole foods
âś“ Stay consistent

That’s it.

You don’t need a perfect meal plan.

You don’t need to obsess over meal timing.

You don’t need to fear carbs.

You need a system you can follow for months, not days.

The men who transform their bodies aren’t the ones chasing nutrition hacks.

They’re the ones repeating the basics over and over again.

Results come from repetition, not confusion.

DM me “NUTRITION” if you want a personalized nutrition plan and coaching tailored to your goals.

Most men train strength.

Few train explosiveness.

And that’s exactly why they move like they’re stuck in first gear.

Plyometrics are one of the most overlooked training tools for building athleticism, speed, power, coordination, and resilience.

They’re not just for professional athletes.

If you want to:
✔️ Jump higher
✔️ Sprint faster
✔️ Improve your conditioning
✔️ Build a more athletic physique
✔️ Stay capable and powerful as you age

..you should be doing some form of plyometric training.

The goal isn’t to do hundreds of jumps.

The goal is to move with intent.

Quality reps.
Maximum effort.
Perfect control.

Train to be strong.

But don’t forget to train to be explosive.

That’s what separates a lifter from an athlete.

DM me “POWER” if you want help building a stronger, leaner, more athletic body.

DM me “COACHING” for 1:1 coaching.

The reason most men stay beginners has nothing to do with experience.

It has everything to do with how they train.
They avoid hard sets.
They skip the basics.
They program-hop every few weeks.
They train when they feel motivated and disappear when they don’t.

Being a beginner isn’t the problem.
Training with a beginner mindset for years is.
Stop looking for the perfect workout.

Start mastering the fundamentals:
• Train with intent
• Follow a structured plan
• Track your progress
• Push yourself consistently
• Stay patient

Most physiques aren’t built by secrets.
They’re built by men who refuse to quit.

💬 DM “Man Up” for 1:1 coaching.

Most people train legs to look better.
Athletes train legs to perform better.

This session combines explosive movements, strength work, and muscle-building volume to help you:
âś… Generate more power
âś… Improve athletic performance
âś… Build stronger legs
âś… Increase stability and resilience
âś… Develop muscle that carries over to sport

Whether you compete in MMA, BJJ, football, basketball, or simply want to move like an athlete, your lower body should be trained for more than aesthetics.

Strong legs are useful.
Powerful legs are dangerous.
Train with purpose.

It’s not just a run.
It’s not just a workout.

It’s stress relief.
It’s discipline.
It’s mental clarity.
It’s the one hour where I reconnect with myself.

Fitness became more than physical for me.
It became therapy.

Comment “MACROS” and I’ll guide you on how to build fitness habits that strengthen both your body and mind.
