👟👟Носете си вътрешни спортни обувки, носете спортно облекло, а дългата коса трябва да е оформена с ластик!

🙌Юнисаѝкьл тренира мускулите на прасеца. Развитието на мускулите на прасеца е голям бонус, когато се опитвате да изградите сила и обем. Докато се стремите и развивате баланс на вашия Юнисаѝкьл, вие също тонизирате основните си мускули. Правилното укрепване на основните мускули често подобрява цялостното здраве.
Страхотно упражнение, карането на едно колело може да ви направи по-добър колоездач и е страхотно забавно.
Имаме загрявка и разтягане във всеки клас. Ще научите как да се катерите и да карате свободно, ще придобиете добри познания за слалом, фигура 8, кръгове/завъртания и завои.

Galina 🇩🇰🇧🇬 & Nico 🇨🇵 will be racing the famous 100km XC moutain race on 29' inch Muni (Mountain Unicycles). New record for unicycles in this race is expected to be set, be there on the finish line between 14-16:00 as they are expected to cross the finish line between those hours.


Galina did very well last year at the world championship, she got a couple of 4th places in catogories as XC and Trails, when she was a younger athlete she won 1 places on most of her competitions, in others words, she's an world champion!! She's the coach and founder of Sofia Unicycle Club, the only sports orientated unicycle club in Bulgaria, located at Mini Art Center, you can join weekly training from September again, any age and levels welcome.

Nico is from Grenoble, France an upcoming fast rider for the unicycle sport, he has 1st podium in age catogory in 10km, 2nd podium at the 42km marathon and 3rd on uphill road at the Unicycle World Championship last year, he have great timing in he latest night race 70km XC (STL VTT) back in September, in other words he is so ready for #витоша100км.
He represents the unicycle club MonO'gre.

Wanna join the famous Vitosha 100km mountain super trail in Sofia Bulgaria´s capital city. ⛰🏁🚵‍♀️🚵☀️
The coach and Unicyclist of Sofia Unicycle Club Galina who has more than 20 years experience invites unicyclists from europe who has interest in challenging him/herself to an full day cycling event.
This is for the cyclists who like to ride long distances, the trails are technical but not to high level, you have around 25% of the race on asphalt, some on wider mountain trails, some on smaller trails, some on open fields, see more description of the 100km route here or on the photos below: https://vitosha100km.bg/en/information/route/

Sofia Unicycle club can offer accomodation from evening thursday 29th June 2023 until Sunday 2nd in form of MMA mats af beds, fully equipped kitchen, toilets and a shower for the price of only 10lv per person per night.
WizzAir or Ryanair flies with cheap tickets, we can pick you up at the Sofia Airport after 21:00 Thursday, all day friday, taxi´s are cheap 10-15 euro and directly from our Mini Art Center (https://goo.gl/maps/xq87RdwRbuH9du1dA) to take when leaving Sofia for your flyout.

You have to register to the race, you can register on your own or write to https://www.facebook.com/GalinaRyomRojbek/, I can register you and then get your start package so its at Mini Art Center before the race day.

🌳🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️преминаването по 5-километровия маршрут е с цел да се отправи послание за по-чист въздух, за по една още по-красива и зелена българска столица София.

Получаването на стартови номера и фланелки започва след 09:30ч.
пред Народното събрание, а на финала в Южния парк ви очакват много приятни изненади: томбола с награди, теглени от звезди на българския спорт (за които запазвате стартовия номер), детско състезание "А децата карат", уроци по фитнес с безплатни инструктори, уъркшоп за велосипеди от Sofia Unicycle Club и демонстрации, игри и забавни състезания, много забавления и усмивки. 😊🌳☀️
