About the Camp:

Many people become conservative or cautious only when they get into competition. They practice very calmly and effectively but when they get into competition they become careful or "too tight" and as a result don't perform
well.
Being disorganized also is one of the most common
reasons people don't perform well. They don't plan their day which wastes time and prevents them from preparing as well as they could for competition.

The structured camp fosters the specif skills development needed to become an elite player. This plan will aid bowlers in taking their game to the next level. Each activity includes a data record sheet to help quide the bowler through the activities as
well as keep longitudinal data for assessment purposes. It is critical that the bowler tracks his performances over time to determine strengths and weaknesses.
