I am an Arfeen Khan certified - Life Coach. Aiming to help people take control of their life. I am a Restaurateur and a Certified Life Coach.

Lending an ear and helping others comes to me naturally. I want to use this page as a platform to help anyone who wants to take control of their life but don't know where to start. I have a step by step coaching system that will help you take control of your life by better understanding yourself and your choices. By understanding yourself and the reason why you make the choices you make, can you take control of your life and take it in any direction you desire.

Sponsored by “ Working Together “ - an IOM Initiative, the event brought together various migrant societies and organizations, including the @pravasilegalcell Cell, a registered NGO that provides legal support in Bahrain and to migrant workers in need. The event also featured free health check-ups by @alhilalhospital and was joined by other organizations such as Embrace, supporting communities in various ways. It’s truly empowering to see so many people united in their commitment to support and uplift migrant workers.
