The Junio Bahrain National team participated in Road Race Junior Asian Championships in Saudi Arabia, finalising with a 13th position for Mohamed Jawad and 20th position for Abdulaziz.

On first stage Ahmed Naser was on the breakaway of the day untill 3km to go.

On second stage Naser was involved on a heavy crash with other riders 200m. to go while traveling on the first main group resulting in a feet bone injury.
