Don't be fooled by the friendly and sweet nature of our very own Palmero Perez "Baby Boy" . He is known to leave other boats to bite the dust with his steering skills especially in u-turns.

Also, he always keeps the team safe by balancing the boat - one of the key roles of the steersman.

One of the most underrated seats in dragon boat - the drummer's. It takes more than light weight for a member to be the head of the boat. Why? Common perception is that they've got to keep the team pumped up and motivated, but what is essential is his/her's ability to keep the team calm and focused amidst the chaotic adrenaline rushing through the paddlers especially with lining up the boats at the starting line.

As the horn echoes through the air, the has to keep the boat and her paddlers under control by reminding them of simple techniques while exuding with confidence and flexibility; the drummer is the eye and the heart of the entire crew.
