Let us all congratulate our FIT-mate for an incredible podium finish at IRONMAN 70.3 Bahrain, taking 3rd place in her age category — and earning a coveted slot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France!

This achievement is a true testament to her relentless effort, discipline, and unwavering dedication. Behind this victory are countless early-morning trainings, long rides under the heat, tough swim sessions, and moments of pain she pushed through with heart and faith. Michey showed us what consistency, commitment, and courage can accomplish.

Our fierce female trio, & .casiano just owned the day! They powered through a 1500m swim, 40km bike, and 10km run, enough fire to bag 3rd place🥉at today’s Olympic Distance Triathlon.

Huge cheers and big love to these queens of grit, speed, and pure girl-power magic. You inspire the whole squad and keep raising that bar sky-high every time.

Today’s Nasser Bin Hamad Cycling Tour - Ladies Race .cycling.tour didn’t go quite as planned for our FIT fam powerhouse .casiano. She was riding strong, confident, and totally in the zone 💪 — until a cyclist up front decided to throw in a surprise swerve to the right.😬

Cue chaos ➔ reflex move ➔ dramatic crash. 💥

No worries though — she’s fine. Cristina will heal, she’ll rise, and she’ll come back faster, and tougher than ever. That’s what champions do. 💪🏼
