A taste of summer … so much happened in over 60 hours of travel through 4 countries. Suddenly it’s back to school and work and the happy monotony of weekly schedules. Enjoy the rest of your summer all!

Still training, still teaching, just in a smaller capacity. Balancing it all is a struggle - mornings are for training myself, days are for work, evenings are for training others and for time with family, weekends are for friends, self care, and the occasional YouTube posting (which I’ve been totally bad at making time for lately!) Dior perks ❤️ Thanks to the generosity of our branch manager, the leadership team awarded me for staying up-to-date with trainings, initiating training for the team huddles, working towards several specializations and embracing changes as they arise. My kiddos said it best when they noted how lavish the award was and that hard work truly does pay off. A good message to bring home! Thank you for all your encouragement team 🫶

Yesterday’s meal prep went so well that there’s none left 🧐 Thankful to be home today to prep another days worth of healthy snacks for the family.
